How long does it take to set up an account?
Orders can be set up in less than 5 minutes but not greater than 24 hours.
How much do you charge for domain registration?
We can register and set up your .com, .net., or .org or .info domains for £10 per year.
Can I host international domains?
Yes, we currently have clients that use .co.uk, .ca, .il, .tc, .nu, .ve, and many other international domain names.
Do you offer NT or UNIX plans?
We offer UNIX web hosting accounts. We do not handle Windows on any machines due to its overall instability and obsessive cost for licensing.
How do I access my Cpanel control panel?
You can login to your Cpanel control panel at http://yoursite.com:2083 where "yoursite" is your own domain name.
What are the nameservers for the current machine?
Primary Nameserver: ns1.007-webhosting.co.uk
Secondary Nameserver: ns2.007-webhosting.co.uk
How do I FTP into my account?
First you must obtain an FTP program such as Cute FTP or WS_FTP. Once you have an FTP program, type in "yourdomain.com" as the host address. Supply your username and password in the according fields. Once logged in, you have complete access to your account.

Where are my statistics?
After logging into Cpanel go to Web/FTP statsthere are several Stats Packages to choose from with all your statistics for that domain.
Which folder do I load my web pages to?
You should place all of your web documents in the public_html directory.
I keep getting errors when trying to publish with Frontpage?
The most common problem is not using the full url when uploading your site. Make sure you use the entire http://www.domain.com in the address you are attempting to publish to.

I've uploaded my site and still see "placeholder for ..."?
You are still seeing the default index.html page set up when you ordered your hosting plan through us. Make sure to delete that old index.html page, then your site should resolve correctly.
How long does it take for my DNS changes to update world wide?
Normally you can expect to see your web site DNS to change within 24 hours once you have made the modifications at your registrar. However, we have seen it take up to 72 hours in some cases where registrars and ISPs are a little slower.
Do you allow MP3 files? Do you allow streaming of videos?
Yes, we have no problem as long as those MP3's and video files are legitimate. Please make sure you select the proper plan which allows it. We suggest a higher bandwidth and space plan because most likely, since its mp3s and videos they tend to be bigger files and once they are streamed they consume a lot of bandwidth.
What will happen when my site go over the data transfer limit?
The system has the capability to block sites that exceed their data transfer limit. This will be done at the owner's option of course, so you will have the choice to continue using more data transfer and pay more at the end of the month, or stop using more data transfer but no need to pay more at the end of the month.
I don't have credit card. Can I do a wire transfer, check or money order?
Yes, however if you pay by money order, the hosting plan must be prepaid for the year. It is not feasible to accept money orders for only a few Pounds every month. If you want to send us a check or money order please contact our sales team
Do you support subdomains ?
Yes, we support subdomains . The amount of subdomains wil depend on the plan you purchase.
What is a subdomain ?
A subdomain is any term you want before your domain. For example you have a domain www.x.com and say you want to create another webpage. You can create a subdomain another.x.com and it can be like a whole separate webpage. In essence it is a domain as well. So it is a very nice feature to have.
I have been notified that my account has been set up but my site is still not active
If you have received a notification email and its been over 48 hours, it means that you either did not point your domain name to the right DNS servers or your ISP's DNS server has not yet been updated. It generally takes 24 hours for domain names to become active. This is just how the internet works; there is no way we can speed up the process.
